The Clerk of the Board is appointed by the Board of Supervisors, and is responsible for preparing the agendas and taking the minutes at the Board of Supervisors Meetings.  The Clerk is responsible for documents received and generated by the Board of Supervisors, along with various statutory responsibilities related to Board actions and duties.

Board of Supervisors Meetings are held the first and third Mondays (Tuesdays, if Monday falls on a holiday) at 9:30 A.M., unless otherwise posted.  The meetings are held in the Board of Supervisors Auditorium, located at 700 W. Beale Street, Kingman.  A copy of the agenda packet is available for viewing during regular business hours in the Clerk of the Board's Office.

The Clerk of the Board's office is open from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, not including holidays, and is located at 700 W. Beale Street, 3rd Floor, Kingman, Arizona.
